Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from receipt to inform us. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the product has been received and checked, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 working days.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Reflection period of 14 days in the EU
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
