DELIVERY

Maison Zokar Paris ships its fragrances from our French warehouses to mainland France, the European Union, and the rest of the world.

Processing

Every order is prepared with care and dispatched within 2 business days (for orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM, Paris time). Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Rates and timing

Mainland France and European Union: complimentary delivery on orders over €150. Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days.

International (outside the EU): rates and timing calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@maisonzokarparis.com with your order number. We will reply with the shipping instructions.

Costs and refund

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on our part. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Products not eligible for return

For reasons of hygiene and product safety, bottles whose original blister film — the transparent seal around the case — has been removed cannot be returned, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

The 2 ml discovery samples, due to their individually sealed format, are not eligible for return once opened.
